The Art of Precision: An Exclusive Sushi & Sake Night with Audemars Piguet
A Symphony of Shared Values
To curate the "ultimate day" for Audemars Piguet (AP) clients, we collaborated closely with the AP team to find a common language. The answer was clear: Craftsmanship. By bringing together the mastery of Sushi Chef Kazuya and the world-renowned Niizawa Brewery from Miyagi, Japan, we created an evening where horological precision met the soulful dedication of Japanese artisans.
Seven Seats, Infinite Details
With only seven seats per session, the atmosphere was one of profound intimacy. Guests sat front-row as Chef Kazuya transformed pristine ingredients into edible art right before their eyes. Each course was paired with sake from Niizawa Brewery—a producer whose commitment to "craft" and extreme polishing ratios mirrors the meticulous engineering of an AP movement. It was a sensory dialogue between the ticking of a masterpiece and the pouring of a legacy.
